OUR MISSION
We aim to work as sustainably as possible, from materials to production and packaging. Sustainability is a journey we are still learning about, but it’s a path we deeply believe in. One of the ways we try to reduce our CO2 footprint is by producing in small batches. There’s no need for overproduction, in fact, we think it’s beautiful when a piece feels unique, and even better when you know it’s also kinder to the planet. Collections are only restocked when there’s real demand.
All pieces are produced in Lisbon Portugal in small ateliers, closer to Amsterdam, and a conscious choice in a world where so much is still made far away. We carefully source all materials ourself or together with the team in Portugal and we always try to choose the most sustainable option when available. Often, we start by looking for leftover fabrics from large bulk, which we did in our first collection. We bought fabric locally here in Amsterdam. It’s our way of reducing waste while creating something new and meaningful.
All packaging is handled by us here in Amsterdam. Our production team in Portugal ships everything without individually wrapping pieces in plastic, a small but important step, especially in an industry where excessive packaging is still the norm. Our tags are made from 100% agricultural waste.
